Excelsior was established in 2009 to:

• satisfy government legislation of 2007, the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme
• build confidence in Lettings service providers: professionally outsourcing inventories is best practice
• protect the interests of all parties in the Letting process
• provide a fast, reliable, trustworthy, and accurate service to Letting Agents/Landlords

History/Future

Excelsior principal director is Martin Hamp.  Martin is a fully qualified Building Surveyor, with considerable ADR specialisation.

Personal experience with disputes centred around poor quality inventories, has led him to re-deploy his skills into this necessarily growing market. 

Martin’s determination is to help all letting service providers, and tenants, confidently satisfy their legal responsibilites by reducing potential dispute situations, achieved by providing high-quality, low-cost inventory services.

We are fully insured for Public Liability and Professional Indemnity.

Excelsior is proud to have gained membership with APIP.

Change of Name

In July 2010, Excelsior became a Private Limited company, EPI (UK) Ltd

Location

We have recently relocated our head office to Wombourne, West Midlands.

We cover an area of 40 miles radius from this office, that is to Stoke-On-Trent in the North, Worcester in the South, Coventry in the East and Shrewsbury in the West,  approximately 5000 square miles.
